Originally, the idea was called Covers Cassette and it was released on.. ahem.. cassette by Cassanova Cassettes in 2010.

The original tape release featured 4 cover songs mostly recorded at home or on the road using a voice recorder or a mobile 4-track. The bands covered in that original set were Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right BA Start, Archers Of Loaf and The One AM Radio.

Since then, there has become a small collection of cover recordings spread across multiple releases, all of which are pretty much out of print or hard to find.

This is the collection of all of those recorded cover songs batched together to where now you can download them all in one place.
